What exactly is BioSignature Modulation?
BioSignature® Modulation is a non-invasive fat loss and wellness program developed by strength coach Charles Poliquin. Using this method, we assess your overall body composition – which gives us an accurate ratio of body fat to lean body mass, and helps us paint a picture as to what your body is doing hormonally.
This technique is used by professional athletes all over the world. The method is based on the correlation between body fat storage and possible hormonal imbalances. Hormonal imbalances are often the culprit of stubborn body fat storage and other health concerns including poor sleep, low energy, impaired cognitive function, and more. Client body fat is taken regularly after the athlete’s initial assessment to measure progress and modify nutritional recommendations.
Every individual is different and it’s our job to find out how to make our clients lean, healthy, and at the top of their game. In addition to improving these areas we can also make recommendations to improve mental clarity, quality of sleep, energy levels and mood swings. This evaluation is critical for athletes as we can determine if your body is producing optimal amounts of testosterone and growth hormone which are crucial for strength and muscle gain. This is one of our most valuable assessment tools that sets us apart from other training centers and will be repeated regularly to ensure progress and effectiveness of individual programs.
Canadian Strength Institute™ believes in a holistic approach to athletic preparation. In addition to athletic training, we evaluate clients’ body composition using BioSignature Modulation®. From this data we identify hormonal imbalances and provide nutritional and dietary supplementation protocols. We provide leading therapeutic services of Fascial Stretch Technique to encourage proper recovery and injury management.
