Take away Program

First Assessment:

Includes two visits that consist of a consultation, upper & lower body structural balance evaluation, flexibility assessment, and a sprint mechanics analysis. Through these tests and evaluations a personalized program will be made and a strength coach will go over the programs in detail with the athlete. Also, a nutrition and supplement protocol will be recommended for each athlete.

Additional visits after:

This would be if the athlete needed to be re-evaluated after an injury or to discuss issues with the training program.

3 Months:

Individualized programs will be developed based on our structural balance evaluation and consultation. Results are used to create a personalized program that is more specific to your needs and goals.  Training for the individual program will vary from 4-6 days per week depending on the athlete and the program design.

Monthly Renewal

Any other months needed after that to train.
